About this Event

Unlocking Finance for Decarbonising Schools in London Climate Action Week
Wednesday 25 June | 5:30–8:30pm | Victoria, London

Ashden and the Green Finance Institute are holding a private evening reception as part of London Climate Action Week, where we’ll launch our powerful new report: Financing Decarbonisation of Schools.

This is a chance to be among the first to explore bold solutions for financing the transformation of the school estate – unlocking action on retrofit, resilience and climate ambition.

We’re also thrilled to confirm that Minister Stephen Morgan MP will be joining us to offer reflections from the Department for Education. His contribution will help set the tone for an evening of high-level insight and constructive dialogue between leaders in education, finance and sustainability.

Places are by invitation only and strictly limited. If you are interested in attending please email abigail.ray@ashden.org

Ashden's Let's Go Zero campaign

Let’s Go Zero is the national campaign uniting UK schools, colleges and nurseries working to become zero carbon by 2030. Led by climate solutions charity Ashden, the campaign supports over 6,500 schools and growing – from nurseries to sixth forms – as they reduce emissions, build resilience, and create healthier, more sustainable places to learn and work. Working closely with the Department for Education, local authorities and sustainability experts, Let’s Go Zero is driving the system change needed to make zero carbon schools a reality everywhere.
