About this Event
Tour of one of West London’s most transformative regeneration schemes: The Green Quarter in Southall by St. George, Berkeley Group. At 88 acres, it is one of London’s biggest regeneration projects. With nature at its heart, the development will comprise 13 acres of parkland, podium gardens and over 1km of canal frontage – a rarity in London. In partnership with London Wildlife Trust, the parkland includes 6.3 acres of wetland and London’s development first tree nursery.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a tour of the site before learning more about the project over a three-course lunch at Parkside Yards, a new community facility.
