Most organisations have a sustainability strategy and a plan but are struggling to demonstrate real progress. At the same time, organisations are struggling with the wave of new regulations and are having to focus on compliance without seeing the wider business opportunity. At this roundtable you will have the opportunity to:
- Hear how to use the guidance and standards from regulations as an opportunity to look across your full business, from accountabilities, data and operating model to not only be regulatory ready but also transform your business.
- Understand how to set up your governance, accountabilities and MI to be able to demonstrate progress. Insights gleaned from organisations already succeeding in their sustainability journeys.
- Explore insights from over 50 sustainability leaders that we interviewed to understand how they are closing the action gap and see where you benchmark, but most importantly how you can take the action needed.
