Round Table on Responsible Soy (RTRS)
Established in 2006 in Zurich, the Round Table on Responsible Soy (RTRS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the growth of responsible soy production, trade, and use.
RTRS facilitates cooperation with players in, and relevant to, the soy value chain, from production to consumption, in an open multi stakeholder dialogue including producers, processors, traders, suppliers, feed and food manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, civil society organizations, among others.
RTRS brings together and connects diverse stakeholders and facilitates meetings and events.
RTRS also sets the standards for responsible soy (and corn) production and chain of custody. These certification schemes are certified by certification bodies accredited by national accreditation bodies, who verify compliance with RTRS standards.
