Ready, Set, Heat: Scaling Electrification Solutions for Net-Zero Industry
Location provided upon registration.
About this Event
Join this panel discussion hosted by WBCSD, ERM, and RAP (Regulatory Assistance Project) to gain deeper understanding of on-the-ground advancements in electrification solutions for industry, implementation strategies, and latest policy and regulatory developments.
Industry accounts for 25% of total global CO₂ emissions from energy, with process heat making up nearly two-thirds of industrial energy demand. Today, more than 80% of this heat still comes from fossil fuels, even though it can be electrified. The session will bring together industry experts to highlight innovative projects that demonstrate real-world implementation. Additionally, it will provide a platform to discuss the latest policy, financial, and business developments shaping industrial decarbonization in Europe. The session will be followed by an informal networking lunch.
