Parenting the Future: From vision to implementation in the sustainability movement

Unilever House (Unilever Global Headquarters) 100 Victoria Embankment London EC4Y 0DY

About this Event

The sustainability movement is entering a new phase. For years, we dreamed, designed, and declared – building bold visions of net zero, climate justice, and circular economies. That was the development or ‘pregnancy’ phase. Now? The baby is here. The science is clear. The strategies are set. And the real work begins.

This session invites climate leaders, corporate changemakers, and system thinkers into an honest conversation about the messy, unglamorous middle – where intention must become action. From rewiring supply chains to embedding change deep into legacy systems, the work ahead is complex, invisible, and vital.

We’ll explore the emotional and operational toll of this transition – navigating burnout, backlash, and shrinking teams – while holding on to the purpose that drives us. Because implementation isn’t the end of the journey. It’s the threshold. And holding the baby can give us exponential reserves of love and resilience.

If you’re building the future while holding it together, this session is for you.
