Investor Action on Climate Resilience: Charting a Course Towards Effective Stewardship
EBRD Five Bank Street London, E14 4BGAbout this Event
The physical impacts of climate change are increasingly influencing the investment industry landscape, with many investors taking action to assess and disclose physical climate risks that affect their portfolios.
This event will explore how investors can go beyond the assessment and disclosure of physical climate risks to use the tools of investor stewardship and engagement to support their investee assets and companies in building longer-term, systemic climate resilience in the real economy.
This will consider how divestment from climate vulnerable sectors and geographies can be managed and avoided where possible, with examples from Global North and Global South countries.
