Dr Nicolette Butler is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Manchester. Dr Jasem Tarawneh is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary University of London. They have researched and published extensively on all aspects of international trade and investment, and the issue of environmental goods and services specifically.
