Aideen Foley & Dale Mineshima-Lowe (Birkbeck, University of London)
Birkbeck believes that embedding environmental awareness into our education system is central to tackling climate change, which contributes to global challenges such as food security, increasing demand for energy and water and environmental degradation. We strive to consider the implications of these issues across the curriculum and provide experiential opportunities for students to link this learning to the world beyond Birkbeck.
