Mansion House, Walbrook, EC4N 8BH
In-person Financing Global Climate Transitions Road to Climate Ambition at COP 30 Invite only Finance Nature Politics and Policy

About this Event

This invitation-only panel and reception co-hosted by the World Economic Forum and the City of London Corporation will bring together business, government and civil society leaders to discuss how nature action can be an impact multiplier in bending the emissions curve, halting and reversing biodiversity loss, whilst also ensuring economic prosperity.

The panel will be chaired by Jack Hurd, Head of Nature, World Economic Forum and feature contributors from across financial and professional services and the wider economy.

The interconnectedness of the environmental, social and geopolitical agendas underscores the imperative for public and private sector actors to not only focus on net zero emissions, but also the nature-positive transition, which starts with understanding businesses impacts and dependencies on nature and then adjusting operations to reduce risks and take advantage of emerging opportunities.

The panel will explore these topics, and be followed by a networking opportunity.
