Embedding sustainability culture and behaviours within Major Project Delivery

WSP House, WC2A 1AF Chancery Lane London

About this Event

Sustainability is a key strategic driver during the delivery of major projects. However, as projects progress, sustainability is often the first item on the list deemed too difficult and expensive to progress, and subsequently descoped.

This round table session is to explore client experience in embedding a culture of sustainability within major project delivery and how behaviours of the delivery teams (suppliers and clients) need to look and feel different to address future needs. It aims to explore how to prepare your project organisation to successfully embed sustainability systemically into the culture, so that it’s ready to respond to a range of future scenarios.

Learn from other sustainability leaders across industry during this interactive ‘Sustainability Readiness Game’ hosted by WSP as part of London Climate Week 2025. WSP will facilitate a fun and informative workshop, underpinned by psychology, and informed by our learning from across major projects delivery. We will pose a range of future scenarios to work through as a Client only group, providing an opportunity to share knowledge, practical experience and innovation across industries. The theme of this game will be around preparing your organisations to successfully adapt and respond to a future unknown.
