About this Event

The Climate Innovation Forum returns for the 6th year as a Flagship Event of London Climate Action Week on Thursday 27 June in London’s Guildhall.

The Climate Innovation Forum will include a series of roundtables running concurrently with the main agenda. Hosted by our partners, these facilitated, 60-minute, deep-dive discussions will explore specific challenges and opportunities of delivering a net zero, just and sustainable world.

Innovation in supply chain decarbonisation roundtable hosted By The Climate Pledge

For companies to reach ambitious net zero targets, decarbonization efforts must tackle emissions from raw materials extraction, manufacturing processes, and transportation in the supply chain. These are often within different sectors or industries, and the direct influence of a single entity is limited. But through competitive and non-competitive approaches to supply chain decarbonisation, with the right conditions for collaboration and innovation, transformation can occur.

Join The Climate Pledge to explore the structural and collaborative shifts that are needed to deepen and accelerate supply chain decarbonization to support an ambitious net zero by 2040 agenda.

This roundtable will be hosted by Tom Rivett Carnac OBE, co-founder of Global Optimism, and feature practical examples from The Climate Pledge community.
