About this Event
Building Resilience in Climate Crisis
Sunday 23 June, 3pm – 5 pm BST,
In-person Event, Free of Charge
( Thematic area 4:- Mobilising whole of society climate action )
As the climate situation gets worse, it can feel a challenge to keep a sense of hope.
This workshop will demonstrate different ways of building resilience for yourself, whether that is through meditation or using listening structures, helping you handle the wide range of feelings that can come up as we fully face the crisis. It will also lay the groundwork for working together with others, opposing the divisions that society currently imposes (such as racism, classism, sexism and more).
In this way, we can go forward together with real solutions.
