Building Institutional Confidence in Carbon Markets

NatWest, 94 Moorgate, London EC2M 6UR

About this Event

Bringing together leaders in finance, climate tech, research and sustainability, this event will explore corporate sentiment and building confidence in Carbon Markets.

The event will open with an informative keynote presentation from Oxford Net Zero, followed by a panel of experts from different perspectives as they explore key trends (e.g. removals vs avoidance, contribution vs compensation), opportunities and what is needed to drive institutional confidence and impact.

The programme will be followed by networking drinks, and an opportunity for guests to continue to explore these themes with other participants.

Oxford Net Zero will be gathering insights from event participants through questionnaire surveys for research impact. The research will examine whether and how businesses are investing into carbon credits, and how they are framing their investments with respect to their mitigation targets. Insights from participants will inform the design of policies and corporate standards.

Registration is essential and subject to acceptance.
