Brunch with the famous duo behind plant-based channel BOSH!

Join the boys as they take on a British staple: Baked Beans.

Sheffield friends Henry Firth and Ian Theasby are the founders of BOSH! – the biggest plant-based online channel in the world. Their recipes have been viewed by over half a billion people, they’ve sold over 1 million cookbooks and have products in major supermarkets around the world.​

As part of our ‘Classics’ season in the Food & Drink Studio at Fortnum’s and to celebrate the UN’s ‘Beans is How’ campaign (that aims to double the global consumption of beans, as well as peas, lentils and other pulses, by 2028), we’ve invited the boys to take on a beloved British staple: baked beans. ​

Guests will learn about the history of this classic dish before trying BOSH!’s modern interpretation, prepared in front of their eyes.

Ticket includes welcome drink and brunch.
