Closed-door roundtable on what needs to be true to scale blended finance for EMDEs: Unpacking risk perceptions, exploring different financing structures and bringing key actors across the ecosystem together to discuss opportunities for scale across different sectors and geographies.
The aims of this discussion are to:
Outline actionable opportunities for scale across sectors and regions
Build a set of private sector asks to inform the UNFCCC Baku-to-Belem roadmap and the Fourth Financing for Development Conference (FFD4) ahead of COP30.
