About this Event
Barnet Climate Action Month (BCAM) will be taking place from 1 to 30 June 2025. BCAM will run alongside London Climate Action Week to raise awareness of Barnet’s commitment to becoming a net zero borough by 2042 and promote, accelerate and celebrate climate action across Barnet in all its forms.
Barnet’s community has always been its biggest strength, and BCAM will highlight a programme of events that is collaborative, inclusive and community focussed. They will limit barriers to participation by encouraging people of all ages from all communities to get involved for free or at a minimal cost to help people learn more about climate action and sustainability. Events being promoted will include:
– Walking in Barnet’s Greenspaces with Fit and Active Barnet
– Round the Square
– New and East Barnet Faith and Peace Walk
